At Xsecurex, our solutions encompass having strategies in place that anticipate, avoid, withstand, mitigate, and recover from the effects of adversity whether internal or external factors.

In the security industry, knowledge, skills and tools are not always enough to ensure success. Therefore, in addition to years of experience, we adopted pieces of existing models and developed “TAP” as a standard operating procedure. “TAP “stands for Tactics, Analytics & Philosophy.

Tactics

Tactics is about the efficient and effective formulation and materialization of a plan. At this stage we identify the methods and delegations aimed at the solutions. Our tactics are fluid guidelines that manage us and keep the project or task in scope.

Analytics

At Xsecurex our solutions are derived deeply from analytics and implemented with discretion; we do not reinvent the wheel.

We rely on extensive use of historical data and quantitative analysis, coupled with exploratory and predictive models to create fact based strategies and solutions.

Philosophy

At Xsecurex we connect the dots. We listen to the client, assess the environment and its variables; then compile data linking this to existing projects, tasks, issues and working skillset to determine a functional approach.
